With a career spanning over a decade across the US, UK, and India, Shivani's journey began at Estée Lauder in New York, where she gained invaluable experience in the corporate world before transitioning to the dynamic startup ecosystem. She played key roles in scale-ups backed by Rocket Internet, Gartner, and Battery Ventures, directly supporting the founders of the companies she worked for. Her entrepreneurial spirit also led her to found a jewelry brand which made its debut at Paris Fashion Week, and was heralded by Vogue UK as one of the leading independent jewelry brands to watch (2019). She has been an angel investor in the beauty industry backing companies like Nykaa, Mented Cosmetics, and Ella K Parfums.
In 2023, Shivani shifted her focus from operating roles in business to coaching, driven by a deep personal interest in the psychology of money and a desire to help others. She retrained as a Certified Money Coach (CMC)® through The Money Coaching Institute and a Certified Financial Coach via Wise Monkey Financial Coaching.
